NOTES: There are stairs to some of the rooms and yoga shalas so participants must be able to handle stairs. Airfare is not included. We highly recommend getting travel insurance.

About your Lead Guide:

Deanna Sidoti

We’re so excited to have Deanna Sidoti leading this immersive retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica!

Deanna’s been teaching since 2007 to students worldwide and is the founder of Dhyana Yoga Arts in Chester, NJ. Her clear, compassionate teaching style is informed by over twenty-five years of experience in movement and creative arts as well as working with hundreds of students with all types of back and joint conditions. She shares Yoga with depth, clarity & heart, creating space that’s conducive for students to learn, empower themselves through practice, and embrace their unique path of Wellness & Self-realization. She celebrates Yoga’s power in nourishing the body-mind-spirit, leading to more joy, love, peace and intention.

She’s excited to share experiences of a lifetime with our intimate group and to embrace the joy of community amidst the beauty of the Costa Rican jungle!

Guest Teachers

Christine Dorocki

Christine is the founder of Ignited Goddess, a yoga and Ayurveda based program.  

She created this because for many years she did not feel well-her, mind, body, soul connection were lacking. Don’t let the name fool you- Yoga and Ayurveda are for everyone-these sister sciences have changed her life for the better and she she wants to share the way they have brought health and balance to her life. She says they meet you where you are, they are all encompassing and take all of you into consideration through self awareness. She leads her classes with compassion and love.  She has a gift for creating welcoming space for practitioners to dive into reflection with ease and will. She is a 500 RYT Yoga Alliance teacher and a certified Ayurvedic Health Coach. 

In her downtime she enjoys long walks in nature , spending time with her 3 children, listening to music and a good glass of wine. She is so excited to connect with you on this nourishing experience of a lifetime in beautiful Costa Rica! 

Ally Vinci


Ally was drawn to her practice of Yoga by a desire to self-realize. To her, Yoga is connecting to one’s highest self and abiding in the present moment unconditional love.

Ally’s committed to sharing her knowledge in safe and strong alignment, creative sequencing, pranayama and wisdom of ancient yoga teachings as well as mantra throughout class. Ally has completed her 500 HR Yoga Teacher Training here at Dhyana Yoga Arts and assists/mentors the 200 & 500 HR trainings.

Ally is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and a Birth and Postpartum Doula.

Rooms: Stay in exquisite accommodations set amid the splendor and beauty of the lush Costa Rican jungle- modern Balinese furnishings, luxurious bathrooms, dramatic high ceilings and large windows create a sacred space for soothing rest and quiet contemplation.
