August ~ New Schedule, Classes, and Specials!

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

NEW CLASS Mondays 11am!  ~ YOGA FOR BACKCARE & STRENGTH - For all types of back issues, pain, and postural issues, including disc herniation, scoliosis, sciatica, spondilolysthesis, degenerative discs, etc. Focus on basic yoga postures and movements that help relieve back pain and strengthen the core, back, and other areas. Appropriate for students new to Yoga and for students who prefer a slow mindful practice.  Both Beginner and Advanced students will deepen their understanding of alignment principles, learn how to lengthen the spine, and safely strengthen the core, back, and other areas.  ALL LEVELS. 

Monday's 6pm will continue as before, DHYANA FLOW with some fun new adventurousness!  ALL LEVELS.

Friday's 10:45am class is now:  DHYANA FLOW 2 - Weave alignment, pranayama, and some of the more advanced poses into a challenging Vinyasa and a sweet cool-down.  INTERMEDIATE.

Saturday's 8:15am class is now:  DHYANA STRONG - Focus on building strength in body and mind.  Strengthening for the back and core, heat-building with vigorous meditative Vinyasa, and deeply transformative.  ALL LEVELS.

Do you want to deepen your Yoga practice?  Learn how to explore an advanced pose?  New to Yoga and want to build a foundation before joining group classes?

A private session is wonderful for students seeking personal attention in their practice that may not be possible in a group class.  Private sessions focus on the student's individual needs, the finer points in alignment and pranayama, and how to adapt the practice to your unique flexibility, body/mind type, and level of experience.

Deanna teaches students working with all types of challenges to work in a way that builds strength and focus with ease and safety.  

Many students come with special needs and injuries, including Backcare issues such as disc herniation, scoliosis, spondilolysthesis, spinal fusions, etc.

3 Fun Options to Deepen Your Practice through Private Sessions:

1- 25% off Discount on your First Private Session or Package in your home.

2- 25% off Semi-Private Sessions in your home, where you can share your session with another student to make it more affordable and fun.

3- Schedule a Private or Semi-Private Session Sundays after 3pm at our studio.  For available studio slots, see online schedule.  (this option is $108 for Individual Private or Semi-Private for $54 each).
