Policies

*Class Cancellation Policy & Attendance Policy

  • Pre-registration is recommended for all Classes due to limited class sizes. Dhyana Yoga Arts requires 3 hours notice to cancel class reservations; in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file or if using a class pass, the class will be deducted from your package. Thank you for your consideration.

  • You must be present 10 minutes prior to class, otherwise your spot may be given to someone else.

Purchase Policies:

  • 10 Class Cards expire 7 months from date of purchase.

  • All Class & Workshop purchases are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Schedules and fees are subject to change without notice.

Online Class Pre-registration:

  • Advanced registration is highly recommended for all classes to expedite the check-in process and to ensure you have reserved your space in class.

Workshop Policies:

  • Pre-registration for workshops is required. If you need to cancel out of a workshop, it must be done 7 days in advance.  Refunds will be processed with a 10% cancellation fee. Dhyana Yoga Arts cannot provide refunds if cancelling less than a week before the workshop.
