Why Choose Dhyana Yoga Arts for Your 300-Hour Journey?

Yoga with Depth, Clarity & Heart

At Dhyana Yoga Arts, we celebrate that yoga is a path of self-realization that nourishes the mind, body and spirit and honors each person’s unique journey and growth. And we celebrate that great teachers evolve through practice, self-inquiry, mentorship, experience, and the courage to teach from the heart.

Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga, refine their teaching skills, and embrace their unique voice as a teacher.

This training is intentionally small and personal. Rather than getting lost in a large group, you'll receive individualized guidance, meaningful feedback, and ongoing support from experienced teachers who genuinely care about your growth.

Whether you aspire to teach more confidently, specialize in a particular area of yoga, or immerse yourself more deeply in teachings, this training offers a supportive environment for transformation, creativity, and self-discovery.

Learn from Teachers’ Teachers

Our Teacher Training faculty is made up of inspiring, experienced yoga educators who are devoted to the study, practice, and sharing of yoga. They are passionate about mentoring teachers and creating a supportive learning environment where students can deepen their understanding, refine their skills, and discover their unique voice. Supporting the growth of other teachers is at the heart of their work.

Lead Trainer & Director of Education | Deanna Sidoti

Deanna has been teaching and mentoring teachers since 2007 and brings over three decades of experience in movement, creative arts, and the yogic arts. She celebrates yoga as a living, evolving practice and a path of self-realization - one that invites us to honor the mind-body-spirit and to share our gifts from the heart.

Her teaching integrates many years of training and experience in alignment-based vinyasa, Yoga for Backcare, Ayurveda, meditation, creative expression, and practical tools for living yoga with greater awareness and intention. She is also deeply inspired by Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of the heart—which embraces music, storytelling, mythology, devotion, and the many ways we can cultivate connection, creativity, and unconditional love.

She encourages trainees to approach yoga with depth, curiosity, and a spirit of exploration while developing confidence in their own authentic voice. Known for her clear, compassionate, and accessible teaching style, Deanna creates an environment where teachers can refine their skills, deepen their understanding, and empower themselves through practice.

Trainer, Mentor & Assistant | Ally Russo

Ally brings a grounded and attentive presence to her work with students. Drawn to yoga through a desire for self-discovery and personal growth, she is passionate about helping students build a strong foundation in alignment, creative sequencing, pranayama, mantra, and the practical skills needed to teach with confidence and care.

A graduate of Dhyana Yoga Arts' 500-Hour Teacher Training, she serves as a co-trainer, mentor, and assistant within our 200-Hour and 300-Hour Teacher Training programs. As a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Birth & Postpartum Doula, she offers a nurturing and supportive perspective within the training experience.

Honor Your Unique Voice

There is no single way to be a yoga teacher.

One of the central intentions of this training is to support you in embracing and refining what makes your teaching uniquely yours.

You'll learn how to:

• Teach with confidence and authenticity
• Develop classes that reflect your values and strengths
• Adapt practices for different bodies, abilities, and experience levels
• Skillfully sequence classes with intention and purpose
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students
• Balance structure, creativity, and intuition in your teaching

You'll learn how to teach from understanding, experience, and presence.

Integrate Wisdom & Creativity

Yoga as a science and an art…

While you'll develop a strong foundation in anatomy, alignment, philosophy, subtle body practices, and teaching methodology, you'll also be encouraged to explore yoga as a living creative practice.

Our training embraces:

• Bhakti Yoga (as mentioned, this includes creative art forms like singing, music, dancing, cooking and offerings from the heart)
• Mythology and storytelling
• Meditation and Yoga Nidra
• Creative movement and embodied exploration
• Creative sequencing and thematic class design

We celebrate that meaningful classes emerge when knowledge, authenticity, and creativity meet.

Specialize in Supporting Real People

One of Dhyana Yoga Arts' specialties is helping teachers understand how to make yoga accessible - how to work skillfully with students and support them in honoring their unique path of yoga.

Through our Alignment-based Vinyasa exploration, Yoga for Backcare and Rope Wall immersions, embodied anatomy studies, Restorative Yoga training and individualized approach to practice, you'll gain practical tools for supporting students with diverse needs, abilities, and experiences.

You'll leave with a deeper understanding of alignment, adaptation, nervous system regulation, and how to create classes that are both inspiring and accessible.

Ayurveda & Holistic Living

Drawing from many years of Ayurvedic study and practice, this training explores the relationship between yoga, lifestyle, daily rhythms, energy, and overall well-being.

You'll gain practical tools to support yourself and your students in cultivating greater balance, vitality, and self-awareness.

An Immersive Experience in Asheville & Beyond

Our training combines online learning, immersive weekends at Dhyana Yoga Arts in New Jersey, and a transformational retreat experience in the Asheville area of North Carolina.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Asheville is known for its vibrant arts scene, natural beauty, wellness culture, music, creativity, and deep appreciation for conscious living.

Learn in an environment that is grounded and inspiring - a place where connection, focus, community, and personal growth naturally unfold.

More Than a Certification

This training celebrates the power of …

Honoring your relationship with yourself and your practice (and the ripple effect that has on all our relationships).

Refining your teaching skills.

Discovering and embracing your gifts.

Harnessing the confidence to share yoga in a way that is authentic, meaningful, and uniquely your own.

If you're ready to continue your journey with depth, clarity, and heart, we'd be honored to support you.
