NEW SCHEDULE!

Mondays 11am YOGA FOR BACKCARE & STRENGTH - For students with all types of back and postural issues, pain, and injuries, including disc herniation, scoliosis, sciatica, spondilolysthesis, degenerative discs, etc.  Both Beginner and Advanced students will deepen their understanding of alignment principles, learn how to lengthen the spine, alleviate back pain, and safely strengthen the core, back, and other areas.  ALL LEVELS. 

Mondays 6pm AND Fridays 10:45am DHYANA FLOW - Weave alignment, pranayama, and some of the more advanced poses into a challenging Vinyasa and a sweet cool-down.  ALL LEVELS.

Saturdays 8:15am DHYANA STRONG - Focus on building strength in body and mind.  Strengthening for the back and core, heat-building with vigorous meditative Vinyasa, and deeply transformative.  ALL LEVELS.

Learn how to modify your Yoga practice for back and postural issues, pain, and injuries, including scoliosis, disc herniation, kyphosis, lordosis, spondilolysthesis, stenosis, and other back and neck issues.  This series provides the foundation for Backcare classes, where you will learn basic alignment, how to modify with props to adjust to your body's needs, and how to lengthen and strengthen the spine and other areas.  This series is also great for those who want to fine-tune their alignment skills and keep a healthy, happy spine.

Relax & Restore ~ Restorative Yoga Workshop ~ September 27th, 5-7pm.

Relax and Restore!  This is a gentle practice that welcomes both beginners and advanced students to slip into a state of deep relaxation.  Calm the mind and body as you deepen your inherent healing and replenishing powers.

Many students come with special needs and injuries, including Backcare issues such as disc herniation, scoliosis, spondilolysthesis, stenosis, spinal fusions, etc.
