Yoga for Backcare Beginners & Scoliosis:  2-Part Workshop  

NEW DATES: Sundays 11/29 & 12/6 ~ 5-7pm.  Register here.  Learn how to modify your Yoga practice for back and postural issues, pain, and injuries, including scoliosis, disc herniation, kyphosis, lordosis, spondilolysthesis, stenosis, and other back and neck issues. This series provides the foundation for Backcare classes, where you will learn basic alignment and poses, how to modify with props to adjust to your body's needs, and learn to create length and strength in the spine and other areas. This series is also great for those who want to fine-tune their alignment skills.  $60 / Early-bird by 11/15 $50

Relax & Restore ~ Restorative Yoga Workshop 

October 25th, 5-7pm.  Register here.  Advanced registration required- space is limited to 9 students so each individual receives personal attention.  This gentle practice welcomes both beginners and advanced students to slip into a state of deep relaxation.  Calm the mind and body as you deepen your inherent healing and replenishing powers.  $25 / Early-bird by 10/15 $20

Family Yoga 5-Class Series

For parents and children (age 8+).  5-Class Series ~ Sundays 3-4:30pm ~ 10/18, 10/25, *, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22 (*Note: there is NO CLASS 11/1).  This series encourages self-exploration, body awareness, self-love & confidence, as well as nurturing a balance of independence, bonding, and having fun!   Yogic practices in sessions will include:  Sankalpah (intention), Asana (physical poses), Pranayama (breathing practice), Dhyana (meditation), Creativity & Reflection.  5-class series $170 per Parent/Child Duo for the full series.  $255 per Parent/Children Trio.  Register in advance.  This class is limited to 12 students.  Please bring a sketchbook or unlined notebook for each parent and each child and colored pencils or crayons (to share :)   Register here to hold your spot!
