Thai massage is a form of bodywork that is thousands of years old, sometimes called lazy yoga. It is done on the floor on top of a padded mat. The client wears comfortable clothes. Varrita works intuitively along the Ayurvedic sen (energy) lines and uses an integration of muscular compression, pressure point therapy, gentle stretching, and Reiki. Varrita tailors each session to the clients’ needs. Thai massage is a great way to balance the body and nervous system.
