Your lead teacher, Deanna Sidoti, has been teaching since 2007 and is an Alignment and Yoga for Backcare & Scoliosis Specialist and director of celebrated Yoga Teacher Trainings. Her clear compassionate teaching style is informed by over twenty-five years of experience finding what works for back health, as well as experience overcoming chronic back and sciatic pain associated with scoliosis. She’s celebrated as a teacher who creates space conducive for students to learn step-by-progressive-step and empower themselves in their practice. Deanna offers Yoga for Scoliosis & Backcare programs tailored to each individual’s unique backcare needs that include holistic “toolkits” for daily life and self-realization.
