Restorative Yoga Workshop ~ Sunday, May 17th 5-7pm

Relax and Restore! This is a gentle practice that welcomes both beginners and advanced students to slip into a state of deep relaxation. Calm the mind and cultivate trust, compassion, and self-care as you deepen your inherent healing and replenishing powers. $20 Early-bird, Register by May 10th. $25 Regular Rate. Sunset Yoga in the Garden at Schiff Nature Preserve ~ 3-Class Series Thursdays 5-6:15pm, May 14th, 21st, and 28th

Join us underneath the open sky in the Native Plant Garden for this 3-class series that features gentle Dhyana Flow yoga. This series emphasizes alignment, meditative Vinyasa flow, backcare, pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation. All levels welcome!

Schiff members pay $35 for the package of 3 classes; non-members pay $45 for the package. Drop in rate is $15 for Schiff members only, but please call 973-543-6004 to make sure there is room in the class.
