Nathalie Masse
Nathalie brings a unique blend of clarity, compassion, and deep body awareness to her yoga classes. When her six-month-old daughter was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in 2012, she turned to her practice, completing a 100-hour immersion at Devotion Yoga to find strength and grounding during treatment.
Inspired to support others on their own paths, she earned her 200-hour certification with FlorYoga in 2014 and began teaching the following year, also completing her pre- and postnatal yoga training.
She has deepened her practice through multiple retreats with Sri Dharma Mittra, learning the principles of Dharma Yoga — a classical system blending Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, and Karma Yoga. In 2020, Nathalie completed her 300-hour training at Dhyana Yoga Arts, where she also became certified to teach Rope Wall & Slings. A lifelong learner, she is currently studying Yoga Anatomy with Tom Myers.
Nathalie believes movement is medicine and that healing begins when we cultivate strength, flexibility and balance. Her classes at Dhyana Yoga Arts support physical vitality and emotional balance, welcoming students at every stage of their yoga journey.
Off the mat, she’s a wellness advocate, pediatric cancer fundraiser, and proud mom of three daughters.
