I’m Deanna.
I’m guessing you’re here because someone you trust told you about me or you stumbled upon one of my videos, articles or classes. However you made it on over, I’m so glad you’re here. I have lots of resources for you that can change your life (not kidding - my students are constantly saying this!). I’m excited to support you in your Yoga and Wellness journey. Here’s a bit more about me below… and I want to hear more about you too.
I’ve been teaching since 2007 and am a Yoga for Backcare & Scoliosis Specialist. I’m known for my clear compassionate teaching style, informed by over 25 years of experience in movement and creative arts, as well as experience overcoming chronic back and sciatic pain associated with scoliosis. I’ve worked with hundreds of students with all types of back conditions, including herniation/disc bulge, spondilolysthesis, scoliosis, stenosis, general back pain and other back conditions. I offer programs tailored to each individual’s unique backcare needs that include holistic tools for daily life, self-realization and empowering yourself through practice.
