Yoga has been the most important practice in my life that has opened my eyes to help me connect with my consciousness and spirituality on a deeper level, but also in my everyday life.

After getting certified with my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training here at Dhyana Yoga Arts I  became passionate in wanting to share this knowledge with my community.

I have a certification in restorative yoga, reiki level 1, and am also an Ayurvedic chef.

In my teaching I really prioritize the importance of connecting to your mind, body, soul and breath and being intentional with every movement. I love teaching restorative, vinyasa flow, and mindfulness and breathwork classes that are all so important to our practice.
