My classes link breath to movement while we weave philosophy and anatomy into the forms. Don't worry we will move relatively slow. We will start class with meditation in any form you like, from there we go into a complete standing sequence from, sun salute variations, to all the angle variations, standing balance, seated forward bends, hip openers into backbends, cool down, corpse. Counter pose variations are given after each pose to rebalance our muscles, fascia, nerves and more. The poses are given in mild, medium and hot variations. The intensity and the pace of the class is largely determined by who shows up.
